Founded in partnership with the Shaheen Group, which holds a 20% share in the company, ATI’s production capacity is of over 12 million pieces of cutting and grinding wheels a year, varying from 100mm to 400mm in size that provide effective and efficient solutions for various fields and levels of industrial and construction applications.

Gulf Acid Industries was established in 1985 to meet the substantial sulphuric acid needs of the region. It is the only manufacturer of sulphuric acid in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The company encompasses a state-of-the-art production plant that provides the region with over 30 metric tons of sulphuric acid per day.

The Plant manufactures the highest purity of sulphuric acid due to the Double Contact Double Absorption process (DCDA) which also ensures optimal efficiency during production.
